God * brings about what He’s foretold and does what He’s planned * is our Redeemer * has laid out the foundations of the earth and spread out the heavens by His own hands.

Pride is an open invitation to the enemy of your soul to control your life, but you’re not powerless to resist his ways. You have the Holy Spirit to enable you. Grieve over your sin, and bow in humility before the Lord. Allow His Spirit to heal and refresh your heart so that you’re enabled to once again take up arms in the battle against pride. God desires to give His favor to the humble, and worth and dignity to the penitent. We’re forgiven and empowered because of His strength, not our own. - TV

God instituted the Passover observance for His children after their supernatural exodus out of Egypt. The blood of an unblemished lamb, brushed on the doorposts and lintel of each house, meant the salvation of the firstborn for each family. God made it personal. Each one of us has a Day of Deliverance if we’ve put our faith in Jesus – the perfect Lamb of God Who willingly sacrificed Himself to save us. It’s personal. When we face trials of any kind, we can remember God’s supernatural rescue of us from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light and know that He’s able to rescue us once again. - TV

Revelation helps us to see and know Jesus our King in His holiness. The gospels help us to know Him in His humanity as the Son of Man, but Revelation helps us to know Him as the Son of God. Prophecy rolls together to help us see that every promise is fulfilled. His earthly mission to make a way for the lost has been accomplished. Now we see Jesus, the Alpha and Omega, Who will come with the clouds. He’ll be seen by everyone, and the sin of those who’ve rejected Him – illuminated by His holiness – will cause them to mourn. Pray for the lost – that their sorrow over their sin and the kindness of God’s forgiveness will lead them to repentance while there’s still time. Jesus first came as Savior. He’ll return as Judge, and the opportunity to experience His mercy will be gone. – TV

Good Father, You’re the One Who makes all things new, Who offers a fresh start, Who cleanses me from all unrighteousness. You equip me to do Your will on this earth, giving me every skill and ability needed to bring glory to You and good to Your world. You give me eyes to see the needs of others and Your Spirit to work through my hands. Lord, to be your servant is a high and honorable calling. Help me to be faithful, diligent, and strong. Help me to be humble, kind, and gracious. Help me to live a life consistent with the Word and with Your character. My desire is that each new sunrise finds me a willing vessel in the service of the King I love. My desire is that my every thought, word, and deed will be pure and acceptable in Your sight. My desire is that every minute of every day of my brief life brings You honor. May Your grace and mercy cover my failures, and may You renew a right spirit within me. In the beautiful Name of Jesus, amen.

“To urge men and women to believe in a divided Christ is bad teaching, for no one can receive half of Christ, or a third of Christ, or a quarter of the Person of Christ! We are not saved by believing in an office nor a work. He is Lord, and those who refuse Him as Lord cannot use Him as Savior. Everyone who receives Him must surrender to His authority, for to say we receive Christ when in fact we reject His right to reign over us is utter absurdity. It is a futile attempt to hold onto sin with one hand and take Jesus with the other. What kind of salvation is it if we are left in the bondage of sin?” – A.W. Tozer

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
