Lord, You’re where my heart is at home. Tether me to that holy abode with golden threads of love and grace.

Our all-wise God is worthy of our first pursuit to move forward in times of challenge. His ways are the best ways.

Well supplied by His Holy Spirit, we can give to others what God has given to us – a commitment to their good, grace, fairness, value, and love.

God designed us to do life together. When your world is heavy and dark, I pray that your “Aaron and Hur” arrive quickly to support and care for you.

The next time you run across another long list of names in your Bible, resist the urge to skip over it. Give each name the respect it deserves…

In the timelessness of Scripture, we see all of God’s people in every historical setting set apart to serve the Lord.

Pray on a regular basis that the Holy Spirit will temper your emotions when you’re tempted to react quickly and to say or do things you can’t unsay or undo.

It’s time to put our hands wholeheartedly to the tasks the Lord has called us to – “good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)

John’s measuring was to show the value God placed on His treasured people within the walls of His presence, keeping them safe from spiritual harm.

For God to command us to make Him first and only in our lives is an absolute act of perfect love.
